- Applicants must hold citizenship from a member country of the IsDB.

- A minimum Master's degree from a reputable university in a relevant discipline to the Bank is required.
- Candidates currently pursuing a Master's degree are eligible if it will be conferred before the YPP Program's commencement.
- Applicants should be 32 years old or younger by the application deadline.
- Willingness to reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is essential.
