Eligibility Criteria for the Malta Government Endeavour II Scholarship

The scholarship is open to both young students and adult learners who wish to pursue studies at the following levels:

  1. MQF Level 7: Master's degree
  2. MQF Level 8: PhD degree

Note: Applicants must not already hold a qualification at the same level as the program they are applying for.

To be eligible, applicants must plan to commence their studies between May 15, 2024, and April 30, 2025.

Applicants who already hold a Master's degree are eligible to apply for a PhD program, but not for another Master's or lower-level postgraduate certificate or diploma.

Applicants who are currently enrolled in a PhD program or at the same level of a PhD program are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
