The Colombia Govt Scholarship offers support for Master’s, Specialization, or Doctorate programs at Colombian universities. Funded and administered by ICETEX—an entity of the Colombian State dedicated to promoting Higher Education—the scholarship provides comprehensive financial assistance.
Concerned about expenses? Fear not. The Colombia Scholarship covers a range of costs including Health Insurance, Medical expenses, Tuition fees, Visa fees, Living Expenses, Monthly Support, Installation Expenses, and Books for all successful applicants. Notably, IELTS is not a prerequisite for this scholarship program.

Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is open to foreign citizens of any nationality.
- Applicants must be from outside Colombia; Colombian citizens and nationals are not eligible.
- Applicants must not have any marital or de facto relationship in Colombia.
- Applicants must not exceed 50 years of age.
- A professional, undergraduate, or graduate degree in any field is required.
- Each applicant can apply for up to three-degree programs.
- IELTS is not required.
