The Benefits of Participating in the UNIL SUR Program 2024
Participants will enjoy:
- Complimentary Housing: Furnished apartments for both male and female participants.
- Accommodation includes single or double rooms, along with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities among fellow SUR participants.
- CHF 1’500 stipend to cover various living expenses.
- Travel Allowance: For European travel, up to CHF 500; for overseas travel, up to CHF 1’200 is provided.
- Visa Assistance: Participants requiring visas to travel to Switzerland will receive necessary support. However, the program doesn't cover visa costs.
- Health and Accident Coverage: Participants must ensure coverage from their home country.
Note: Reimbursement for travel expenses occurs post-program, subject to accommodation checks and deduction of cleaning/damage costs or lost keys. Original receipts, proof of payment, and boarding passes are mandatory for reimbursement.
