The program welcomes applicants of all nationalities. As a summer student, you'll work on advanced IT projects alongside experts from CERN and other prestigious institutes. You'll also attend fascinating lectures tailored specifically for the program. In addition, you can sit in on lectures from the main CERN Summer Student Program.

- Dates: June to August 2024 (9 weeks)
- Eligibility: Bachelor's/Master's students of any nationality
- Funding: Fully funded
- Deadline: January 31st, 2024
Program Benefits
CERN provides:
- A 9-week contract to work on an innovative IT project
- A daily stipend of 92 CHF (net of tax) for living expenses
- A travel allowance to cover transportation costs to and from Geneva
- Comprehensive health insurance
- Assistance finding lodging on-site or nearby

- Choose from: June 17, June 21 or July 1, 2024
Application Criteria
- Students of all nationalities may apply
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with a strong IT background
- Completed at least 6 semesters by summer 2024
- Remain an enrolled student during the program
- Graduating in the summer 2024 is also eligible
- Proficient in English and French
Note: No English proficiency test score is required
