What you'll need:

  • - 125 grams of radish
  • - 4 pieces of lemon
  • - 2 cm of crispy ginger

To make the horseradish and ginger syrup, put the horseradish and ginger in the blender and mix well. Add the lemon juice and mix for 3 minutes.
