This has been shown to reduce cramping and Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) symptoms. It also helps to prevent osteoporosis, especially in menopausal women. Vitamin E supports a healthy immune system. Women going through menopause can take Vitamin E-400 because it reduces night sweats and hot flashes. Furthermore, Vitamin E is said to be the most effective in preventing wrinkles as we age.
